A 7 hour workshop split between two days where participants can expect to learn all there is to know about the basics of bone broth and the magic of Congee. Day one will focus on how to make quality broth including, how to find quality ingredients, preparation, process of cooking, nutrition, utilization, and storage. Day two participants will use their bone broth to make Congee, a dynamic Chinese rice porridge, which is high in nutrients, easily digestible, inexpensive, and delicious! We will discuss the many different toppings and how to use intuition and intentionality when cooking and eating this dish.
